My mom kind of outed me at my bridal shower...I was a little ticked actually because I wanted to wait until after the wedding to tell people.

if your family gets together for Thanksgiving you could hold off and then get a shirt for someone in your family to wear that says something like "big brother" or "baby on board" and if when they notice haha
