Does anyone know what this could be??

posted 16th Oct
So, I have a question... I'm 6wks PP and ever since I've had Aiden I've noticed that I get these SEVERE pains in my stomach, it almost feels like it is spasming or twisting. I think it hurts worse than a contraction! I've never had these before....and I don't get them all the time, but when I do it's always during or right after eating. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any clues what this might be? I have my 6wk check up on Thursday, so I'm going to ask about it then, but I figured I'd get some ideas/opinions in the meantime.

it may just be your uterus still shrinking? I know that after I had DD I would have crazy contraction pains every time she nursed or cried for a while.

I had the same after my son. My dr said it was pretty normal its its everything going back where it needs to be but also you muscles and nerves are more sensitive.
he said it would become less painful as time went on. 3 years later. i still get muscle spasms but it doesnt hurt just is super annoying.

That's a great thought, except it's wayyy higher than my uterus, it's actually in my stomach, right below my rib cage.

Sorry,I guess I should have been more clear on where the pain was coming from
