6 week check up

I have my 6 week pp check up tomorrow. What can I expect to happen at this appointment and I am breastfeeding so what are my BC options? What would you recommend?

They ask you questions to see if you are suffering from PPD, take your weight and blood pressure, and if you've had stitches- they will check to see if it's healing properly. I breastfeed, but did not get on BC.

They will take a look at your lady bits and then I was just asked the normal how are you feeling questions. As for bc I know you can get the marina and also certain types of the pill, there may even be more options.

Examine you, make sure there are no problems.

Mirena, Implanon and Mini Pill.

Is the Implanon the one that goes in your arm? Has anyone had any experience with this?
