well, my LMP was dec 6th and I just had my baby on sept. 4th. due date was sept 8th. I know when we had sex (dec 18th) for the likely conception.

i'd say there is no chance that it is your ex's baby. your doctor is nuts. conceived november 13th and sept. due date?

Conception calculator online says conception occurred around Nov. 9th but as late as November 17th.

I don't know about the online calculators. when I went to my prenatal class at the OB, they gave us wheels to figure out our due dates and when I put in my LMP of dec 6 I got a due date of sept. 12th. that was later revised by two U/S to be sept 8th.

pregnancy lasts 40wks that is the very last day of the 9th mo. so say 10mo to be exact then dont forget 2wks after your period for the egg to drop and be ready to get "spermed" for a total of 10mo and 2 weeks.....my calculations could be wrong though. but i would go with the doctor and say it's the ex's baby.

with irregulat periods, I'm not sure LMP is best dating tool. U/S would. I just can't believe that a doctor would say someone with a sept. due date conceived on nov. 13th. that makes no sense.

the 40 weeks starts on the date of LMP. if counting from oct. 29th, her due date would be august 5th. that's how I understand it.

I'm not sure my period is the best thing to go by either, b/c I'm really irregular. Since she was born on August 31, 2012, and weighed what she weighed, it makes me think that the due date of Sept 3 was pretty right on the money.. ? IDK. Thanks everyone for the help

No, from 1st day of last period (LMP) to Date Due, there are a total of 40 weeks. At day of conception you are already considered 2 weeks pregnant.
