Not a big Mickey fan, but fell in love with this. Now if I could just find the dang matching bumper somewhere

I'd just get a solid white breathable bumper to go with it. You're not supposed to use bumpers anymore.

Thanks for the info, but I'm aware of that.
Since I don't use the crib until 5+ months, I like bumpers. My daughter used them as well.

Bumpers are only a safety hazard if you don't know how to install them. I tuck them about 1/3 of the way under the mattress. That way the baby cant get their head stuck under them. I used them with my first 2 and Ill use one with my current.

Personally I think the comforter that comes with the bedding sets are a complete waste. I don't cover my little ones under heavy blankets like that till they are nearly 12 months.

I bought a bedding set that had only what I wanted. A sheet, the bumper, and a receiving blanket. Perfect IMO.

I love having the comforters to use on them when they are a little bigger. My youngest who is 1 1/2 always kicks her blankets and gets cold. When they have a little weight to the blanket they stay on better.

My sons comforter sat folded in his closet forever. I never used it once.

I used my comforter as wall decoration.....
