The day my fiance purposed. We were sitting outside and my sister told me I had a black spot in my eye (scared the crap out of me) and fiance snuck up behind me and had the ring in the flowers and asked me if I would be his wife :-)

My husband's name is Randy and mine is Billie. It was really hard to pick which story to submit because my husband is the sweetest most thoughtful man I have ever met. I picked this one because I actually cried...and I never cry. My husband has a beautiful voice.(it is really amazing!) He sings at the nursing homes, Christmas songs at the bank, and at all the local fundraisers and events in town. He's known as "The singing deputy" because he's a police officer. I knew who he was before he knew me. I used to go to all the events he sang at and admire how wonderfully he sang and how handsome he was. When we met we were both going through a tough time and that's what brought us together. We got married last August and at our wedding reception he sang this song to me

It was beautiful and I couldn't help but cry because I couldn't believe how lucky I was to be marrying such a wonderful man. I was in disbelif that the man I admired from the audience for years was singing a song just for me. Who would have thought! I get teary thinking about it!

My SO got me this beautiful black and white diamond ring for Valentines Day. When he gave it to me I was just a couple months pregnant and he made a promise that he would love me and our child through all the good times and bad. So far he has stayed true to his word.

He does sweet things for me all the time too. This is just the only one I actually have a picture of haha.

Whitney and Chris.

While he was in Iraq, i sent him with a ring of mine so if it felt lonely he could wear it and feel closer to me. I didn't think he would wear it. He sent me this picture. Well instead he wore it everyday for 7 months and when he got back he gave me my ring back! My ring has been every where. I was really sad when i lost it.



He also bought me a car! He traded in his camaro, his baby so I could have a safer annd bigger more reliable car. I told him he didn't have to but he wanted to give me something and this is what i got for christmas!! 2011 chevy equinox. I got it for christmas 2010! I felt terrible he got rid of his car, but he did it for me and it meant alot.





He doesnt give me alot of material items, he gives me so much more in what he does for our family and that alone makes me happy!!
And this is us together today actually! just a couple months shy of our 5 yr weddding anniversary!
