i guess it's sort of the right spot for it?
My teen cousin had a baby last month he had colic, today she was so frustrated that she almost shook him, thankfully she didn't. Instead she called me and i went and got him to give her a break.
Other then having him a couple days till she can mellow out, what can i do to help her ?
ps, two babies under 5 months is no picnic.

Tell her to see a doctor for ppd and she needs help. Good thing she called you but you can't always be there.

Or counseling. She
may be suffering from PPD.

A couple of days? Jeez, I only ever got a couple of hours and I begged.
Umm m... I would say she needs support, someone to show her how to do things maybe? You have kids similar in ages yeah? You could show her how to do things, teach her about routines and stuff.
