My emotional and mental health is in a bad place, I can't find happiness. I feel empty.

Dont be scared. You might feel a lot better talking to someone. And getting all of your feelings out. You might have depression also.

Dont feel bad.   Only look at this as something that will make you wiser. I have a son, have had an abortion and placed a kid up for adoption. All in that order. Dont be to hard on yourself. One day you will make an amazing mom when the time is right.  

Hopefully it will help, I booked an appointment with my Dr around 2 months after the abortion and told her I was depressed, she never helped.

Counsellor tomorrow and hoping this will shed some light back into my life.
