Don't beat yourself up, what's important is that you are back to trying!

What are you doing in order to lose the weight? Any specific exercise vids and/or classes?

I'm taking heated yoga right now that I -really- love

I cut out soda, fast food, an started eating off plates the same size as my kids' plates. I also serve from the stove and don't have serving dishes at the table. Helped me lose 40lb in 8 mos

Thank you guys   Im going back to ww as i was succesful with this at one point. I just bought some weights today and thinking of getting ripped in 30. Also planning on drinking loads of water as this also helped alot the last time.
My downfall is night time as my dh works at night so i find myself wandering into the kitchen ALL the time. Im ebaressed by this. I grab crisps and snacks and head to the couch then 15min later im doing it again its shocking. Getting out of this habbit will be really hard. So any tips on stopping the craving at night would be ace.

Make yourself a large tuna salad, with mustard instead of mayo for dressing, it's way yumm and will keep you filled.

To quit soda, I really recommend vitamin water zero

Also if possible.. I vote just don't buy the junkie stuff

Ill be trying the tuna salad thank you.
I think i will get my workout in when the kids are in bed and dh is at work of an evening instead of shoveling food in my face. xx

That 30 day shred thing that another poster mentioned really works - it's a difficult work out and but it gets the job done. I did it for 2 weeks and could see a difference, but again.. I'd get lonely doing it by mself

Thank you so much for the compliments! You know, my body is -still- completely different from the preg. pregnancy slender and maybe even a little 'sharp' shape I had. I've learned to work with wht I have no though and I'm working really hard to keep toning my arms (has proven to be the most difficult).

It was hard getting my confidence back more than anything but I wish you the exact same thing, that this weightloss journey will not only be successful for you physically but will also put you in a comfortable place mentally and emotionally! Please feel free to come find me any time you want to talk or vent, I'm here

Thank you so much, i cannot ever remember having confidence or being happy within myself so i hope that too. I have no self esteem at all so its really a goal of mine. Just to smile when i look in the mirror would be amazing. x

You'll get there! Jus tremember to reward yourself along the way, I find that it's really important.. be it a manicure or a haircut, it's important to start making yourself feel good in different ways from different angles
