shower themes?

what theme was your baby shower? i have a long way to go but because funds are low from saving i kinda wanna start buying some decorations in the near future  

my them was luau,it was great.

I didn't have much money so I went with a color theme, color plates, decor, cups, ect.. It turned out great and you can also cordinate decorations with patterns that match the colors!

I just went with its a girl stuff. Pretty pinks and purples.

'm not sure yet what we are having (hoping for a girl) but those are some great ideas  

One of my friends is throwing me a little mini-shower (I don't have many friends where I live and zero family). It's not really a baby "shower" because gifts were not asked for. It's really more of a little brunch with some friends to just enjoy each others' company before my LO gets here.
I'm digressing, though. My friend wants to keep everything a surprise, but she did tell me the theme is going to be "Sugar&Spice" since I'm having a girl.

I did an all pink party since its a girl.. made little cupcakes with pink frosting and put teddy grams on them that had pink icing diapers and bows on them, we had pizza wings and drinks my sister works for domino's lol my entire pregnancy i've had my pizza craving hook up it's been awesome! all my games were pretty typical of a baby shower.

your gonna love throwing your own if that's what you are doing. I did it just cause I had to many fighting over who it was throwing it, this way I got to pick my theme and they had to go along with it.

Little duckies! all the stuff was easy to find and super cute!

Our theme is going to be UGA (red, black, white). It'll be here sooon.. Nov 24. I picked up a few things when I came across them and some of the other decorations came straight out of baby's nursery. My mom is doing it, so I am not sure what else there will be. It is going to be co-ed and the game will be on, (UGA-GT) so it is very fitting for us. Basically it will be like a tailgate party-baby shower.

great ideas! ours is probably going to be a pretty big shower. we know lots of people. we will probably have it at our church or maybe at this room we can rent in our housing community  

Girly jungle print, had a mom and baby elephant, and different animal patterns in pink. Zebra, cheetah, giraffe...super cute  

my first shower was for my daugher pink and lime green tye dye super awesome you can tye dye onesies so that your baby has personalized keepsakes from family members and this one is going to be rainbow themed we are doing rainbow cake and i got some awesome decorating ideas off of pintrest
