Wtf?...bleck...

So I'm 5 months PP. I breastfeed. I had mirena placed at 6 weeks PP it expelled itself around the 26th of August. I spotted the week before it completely came out. I'm not sure if I can consider that a "period" or just spotting from it coming out of my cervix. I've had no "heavy" bleeding since it came out. I've took pregnancy test because I'm paranoid. Well, I've gotten like 4 positive and a bunch of negatives. So I went to the health department. They did a pregnancy test that said negative and I told her I had a few positives. She just said "Well you are not pregnant." I was like then what caused the positives? She just said "I don't know." I've been so nauseous in the morning and throughout the days, been having headaches like crazy, dizziness, heartburn, my boobs hurt and are bigger (which that's difficult to say isn't breastfeeding), my sense of smell is so enhanced, not to mention smells make me want to puke...my back and hips hurt so bad, I've had cramping and I've had an increase in vaginal discharge (no smell or anything). I'm so smurfing confused! O_o Wtf could be going on?

Were the negatives before or after the positives?
What types of tests (brand, pink or blue dye)?
And how long after taking the test did the negatives show? After 10 minutes is invalid results. Some also show evap lines BAD. Which is why I'm asking so many questions lol.
Um the Mirena coming out can cause those issues. When I was coming off depo I had every single pregnancy symptom imaginable lol. It was TERRIBLE.

Get a blood test? If I got 4 positives I would assume I was pregnant with all those symptoms...

Was it a pee or blood test you did at the health department?

You're more likely to get false negatives, so I'd trust the positives before anything

Were the positives both?

I'd just go to another place or your doc and ask for a blood test.

I'd get a blood test.
And ask for the one that shows the amount of HCG in your sytem not just the yes/no.
Someone in here help me with the name of that! I always forget qualitative or quantitative.

Maybe that's why I've gained weight instead of losing it and can't seem to get rid of it?...

I'll try calling some of the doctors around here.
