I would try a shower and she if that helps do you also have a heating pad , magic bag or hot water bottle that could help if the shower does

It sounds like a cyst that may have burst- they can leak fluid that can really irritate everything and even cause nausea and vomiting, swelling, and of course severe pain. If it gets to be overwhelming, you could go back to the ER and demand something for pain until you can see your OB.
