And I'm just as appriciative as a funny joke as the next chick, but NO pregnant woman wants to be the butt of bad jokes.
It's just annoying.

SO's mother's boyfriend straight up LAUGHED in my face when he saw I was pregnant and starting to waddle. It was so rude, I wanted to slap him. It wasn't funny. Not sure what was so funny about a petite girl, carrying a baby, having difficulty walking with swollen ankles in 110 degree weather.
It just struck me as rude.

It's not a big deal, no, but it gets old.

mymom did the same thing she was betting a month before i was due and wanted me to go in early just so she could go home (i lived in FL at the time and she came to visit me.) we actually got in a big arument about it becuz it would aggravate me so bad

My family placed bets, and I took part in it both times.
But, they waited until I was 36ish weeks- I highly doubt they would have EVER been okay with guessing a preemie date.

Today my brother asked me if he pushed on my belly would my water break.  

Mines doing that too. I told them if they were going to say something earlier then when I will allow don't tell me. It just freaks me out. But hubby is being amy cheerleader saying oh he will come when we need him to on the 10th.

Yep my family does it. I remember how mad I was that Jamie's mom told me to have one of the boys on her birthday which was over a month before my due date. I got so angry since I have to fight so hard to stay pregnant. In hindsight, I realize I might have been over-reacting. Normal pregnant people don't have to worry about this stuff, so having a preemie or dealing with those types of issues doesn't even occur to them.

All i knew about preemies before i had one was that they were extra small babies that sometimes had to stay in the hospital for a few days extra.

SO's dad swears DS's coming on his birthday, the 20th, which doesn't really bother me because he's only mentioned it twice. Once when we told him my due date and again to let me know that there was only 7 days til the 20th. But SO's uncle on the other hand drives me crazy, every time we see him he constantly asks if he guesses the exact time and date if we'll name the baby after him and when I tell him no the babys already got a name and Im not changing it he constantly repeats himself and ask again and again. And my mom never said anything til recently and all she said was that she took her vacation for the 20th-28th because thats when she thinks he'll come.
