There is really no coming back once your levels start to drop.

Unless there were two and you lost one, he's right and your pregnancy isn't viable. Sorry

Doesn't matter. HCG levels don't drop in a healthy pregnancy.

If your levels dropped and they said the pregnancy was no longer viable, there is a good chance you are miscarrying, especially if you're already bleeding. I'm sorry hun

Unfortunately dropping hCG is a pretty sure sign of miscarriage. It's very unlikely to have a viable pregnancy if your levels are dropping, even if you're not bleeding or cramping a lot.

If you don't start bleeding and pass the pregnancy on your own, you'll have to have a D&C.

I don't want to be harsh, but realistically if your levels have dropped enough that they told you the pregnancy was not viable then it is very likely you are miscarrying.

Maybe not the D&C if she's only 4 weeks. But everything you said is right. Sorry OP

And if you're only 4 weeks pregnant, chances are your bleeding won't be any heavier than a normal period.

I am a nurse and when you have dropping levels, its a miscarriage. I'm so sorry sweetie. I just had a m/c on 10/9. Know you are not alone.

Well unless she WAS further along, but her levels had already begun dropping by the time they run blood work...

But yeah, if she's already had some bleeding I'd say there is a good chance she will pass it on her own.

I'm sorry honey, but being dehydrated has nothing to do with it.
