Sweetie, like I said, I don't want to be harsh, but you're miscarrying. There is no mistake when it comes to blood work and your hCG levels. Illness or dehydration or eating or diarrhea etc. would have NO impact on your hCG levels. I'm not trying to be mean, but if they told you your levels have dropped and the pregnancy is not viable, you are miscarrying.

And yes you will still gett a faint line on a test because you still have residual hCG in your system since you have not fully miscarried yet. Those test can pick up very small amounts of hormones, so it will pick up anything over 25mIU which you very well still have in your system since you're still in the process of miscarrying.

Again, I'm not trying to be mean, but I don't want you to hold out hope and just be even more devastated.
