18 weeks ... Workinnngggg

So i recently started working at party city, come to find out after working ONLY 5 hour shifts i noticed my achilles tendon start to hurt! Did i strain it? I come home from standing and walking all day , my calves burn every night and on top of that the webbing in my thumb and index finger hurt too! Has anyone else had this paib? Am i over working my body

You're probably just not used to being on your feet so much. Get some more comfortable shoes with some gel inserts. You'll get used to it

If you can wear Reebok zig nanos then they should help you out. I'm 32 weeks still working. Try escalating your feet during breaks and at home. I also found that purchasing a foot spa helped me as well. Good luck to you.

Stretch and wear proper shoes. It really has nothing to do with pregnancy at this point.
