I have always been told that in the graduation class there is the best student and the worse student. Do you ever ask your Dr where they were in their class? I mean just because you graduate does not mean they did at the top of the class. Someone was out partying and drinking and barely passed. I know I was in the medical field for 10 years. I worked for the best Dr in town and he would talk about not remembering parts of his class because he was high.

Specialist, yeah but the anesthesiologist you get is just who ever is on call that might. You don't really have the option to research them in advance, Kwim.

Oh I know that is why I am saying that anyone can graduate from medical school and you will never know how qualified they are...

I have had all 4 of my children naturally. My last one was back labor which was horrible, but once I had her the pain went away. I can only say from experience is that it all depends on your pain tolerance and your labor. My pain tolerance is pretty high so the pain came and went and I had no side affects like some might have after having an epidural. Good luck.

most of these programs... it's damn hard to get into. Even the bottom of the class.. the ones who make it through are pretty damn deserving.

I know for a CRNA.. they have to have excellent grades in the RN program, do at least 2 years ICU or ER to even apply for CRNA...

passing isn't just F like in other programs. Hell.. even in my RN.. anything less than a B .. you failed and were dropped from the program. For med calculations... we had to take math tests every semester. Anything less than 100 on the test.. you failed. You could retake the class once... and then were dropped from the program.

well myself i thought that if your graduate that means that you have passed, so basically that means that they are qualified, no hops will have anyone working there that dont know what they are doing anyway, i think they like their wages better then getting done for wrongly parting a needle, they know what they r doing simple as.

My son came out 6 hours after my water broke. I wanted natural but I was begging for an epidural. It was too late. Had to push him out naturally. I wouldn't have changed a thing. You're gonna want it bad(I promise) but if you hold out it'll be bragging rights for the rest of your life. I will tell you though that my mom and my husband were very upset seeing me in so much pain. It was very hard for them. My husband told me he cried some that night. Tell your people that are going to be with you that night to be strong for you. Everyone needs a cheerleader.
