Anyone take tylenol p.m. and does it work?

Thouvh im extrwmely exhausted there are some night I cant fall asleeep because I cant get comfy the slightest noise keeps me from
falling asleep, and heartburnnn.

i take it occationally, but not too much, bc it works GOOD!! lol. start with one, see if it does it for you, may not need a full dose of 2

I took 2 and it didn't do anything. Next time I took 3 and I was OUT

I've taken it when I was younger and it worked for me. Sleep aids have always worked really well for me, though. As long as you don't have any issues with sleep aids not working, it should work for you.  

yeah it works. but I can only take half a dose or I was "hung over" in the morning. idk benadryl does the same thing to me. I'm groggy the next day.

Ive never taken sleep aids before. Blah but I cant continue to be up late because I cant fall asleep, since I work 40 hours a week and have to be up by 6 a.m.

Yup. I prefer melatonin.

They make Tylenol PM without the Tylenol in it, if that makes any sense.

I forgot what it's called. I think Simply Sleep or something of that nature.

LOL That was what I was going to recommend but had to double check. I get random bouts of insomnia, like to the point I am sleeping MAYBE 2 hours a day and melatonin is my lifesaver when I go through those cycles.

take it . It works . Nd yes start with one . give it an hour nd if it hasnt worked take another .

my doctor actually recommended Tylenol PM or Benadryl which has the same active ingredients as sleeping aids but its only 25 mg rather then 50 mg Diphenhydramine (cant spell it lol). Tylenol PM makes you really groggy in the morning and Benadryl doesn't plus benadryl helps with other symptoms that may keep you awake towards end of pregnancy. But your best bet is to talk to your doctor or a pharmacist first.
