Detox Cleanse

What's a good detox cleanse that you've tried? I remember reading a post from someone on here about a cleanse that helps you shed 14lbs in 2 weeks but don't know which one it is...

I'm also curious.

I just feel so incredibly bloated right now, even though I'm eating clean and drinking tons of water.

I have IBS and I use something called colon cleanse. You can buy it at any health food store. You will instantly loose weight, but if you don't eat right starting right away it comes back fast.
