i started to exercise eating a bit healthier
have you guys taken burn fat pill if so what kind and did they work ? what else did u tend to do

Im just watching how much i eat and exercising, I take long walks with my LO and weights as well

I breastfed, and at six weeks postpartum I was below my pre-pregnancy weight. I also eat more snacks through out the day, and healthy.

I did nothing. It just goes away.. takes time took about 2 months for prepregnancy.

So far at 2 weeks pp I've lost 20 lbs...I gained 40. Seems like every day i lose two or three pounds. I gained 40 with Addison also and lost it all in 3 weeks. I'm not trying, it's just falling off.
