Blue or pink dye tests... which is better?

posted 14th Oct
I can't remember which one is better (or more accurate?) or are they both the same? Also, how many DPO can you test and get a positive?
Another question. My cycles are normally about 30 days. But last AF started on the 10th and finished on the 27th of last month (yes, 17 loooooong days) so would that mean I should expect AF on the 10th or 27th of this month? I know I'd be best to just wait until the end of the month to test, but I'm so impatient.
How do you TTC ladies not go crazy waiting to test? This is only my first month, and I officially hate the waiting game.

Pink dye. And if your cycles are 30 days and you started sept 10th then you should expect your next cycle on oct 10th. If you are pretty sure you have 30 day cycles and haven't started yet I would test.

Pink. I think you can test 2 weeks after? I'm not sure though.

Pink is better, evaps are obvious on a pink, not so easy to tell on a blue

Pink. Never failed me yet. Some people get a bfp 9 dpo. Mine was questionably faint at 15 dpo. So it all depends.

Pink, like everyone has already said. The earliest I ever got a BFP was 12 dpo.

Thanks everyone
I took one of the cheap tests this morning, with a pink dye. But it was negative. With both my other pregnancies I didn't get my positive til AF was 2 weeks late. I hate waiting

I have only ever used first response. Hasn't failed me yet. And I've taken many.
