re: Stupid cashier gave me back too much money

Wow...thats pretty messed up. Back in the days when I was working part time at a Jack in the Box and going to college... I had a super busy day working drive thru. I had about 12-15 cars waiting for me to take their order (we were close to a movie theater). I was going crazy with everything since the cars kept coming and I had to take orders, charge, make drinks and bag the orders. To say the least, it was very hectic. I had a customer order up to $45 in food and he payed me with a 100 dollar bill. I was so busy that I didnt check like I normally do. Turned out to be fake.   I had to pay that from my check...and didnt have enough for gas or to eat at school for a while. Its not the same as what happened to you, but its also stealing.

I understand feeling desperate to put food on the table for your family. We've been there. Stealing, or taking what was ours was never an option. It's obviously over now, you're not going to give it back & you say you don't care....But I'd be doing some soul-searching to see if this is something I was really OK with.

Well we know enough to know you're a piece of crap person, taking advantage of someones mistake possibly costing them their livelihood. She's right, your kid needs to be with a good family that will teach them right from wrong.

Such a sad story that almost made me feel bad. I dont care. It wasnt my fault that she gave me more change. Its not stealing if the person gives it to you So many stuck up holy smurfs on here

hopefully you will never be a cashier and have a moment where you give too much change away. god forbid, you need your job and all ya know? hopefully, that customer will be more honest than you are and actually give a smurf.
