posted 14th Oct
I baked mine with salt pepper and garlic salt.

And they're so good.

How do you make yours?

YUM! I have 3 pumpkins this year, so I think with one batch, I'll butter and salt 'em. Another, I'll do cinnamon, pumpkin spice and sugar, and then maybe some garlic salt and butter...

I use butter on the cinnamon/pumpkin spice/sugar, but not salt...but I imagine adding salt would be pretty good too

It's actually my favorite

I kinda bounce back between that one and the salt and buttery ones

MMmmm this excites me I've got three pumpkins waiting to be gutted and carved! Do you have to dry the seeds before you bake them?

Butter, garlic powder, salt. 300F oven until golden brown. Or just salt, then spritz with a little malt vinegar as they're cooling. Mmmmmm.

But stirring is a must. I got black-bottom seeds one time because I didn't stir them!

Well I put mine in a bowl of water cuz of the guts but after I pulled the seeds out I just laid them on the baking sheet. I think youre supposed to dry them I just didn't and they were good.
