Scare/Confused?? Whats going on?

So it is now 10 DPO/IUI and I just went to the bathroom and wiped and there was some red blood with mucus. Is it my period coming early or what? I'm terrified. Because I normally have my period every 14 DPO and its not. I've taken 2 pregnancy tests and they are negative, but I feel like there is something wrong. I was positive I conceived this month since our IUI was done on O day and my DH's count had tripled. Even the DR said he couldn't see why I wouldn't get pregnant this cycle. So right now I'm having like throbbing pain in my pelvic bone and then the blood stuff. Is it AF coming early or what? Anyone else have this before?

Implantation bleeding maybe?

I had IB at 12dpo with this pregnancy. It's totally possible for it to be. I think it's a good sign.

O Lord I hope so!! I keep going back to check and nothing else- just the one time thing. I made sure to remember to put my progestrone in because I sometimes forget it and I don't want to this time for sure!
