mirena

Anyone ever experienced serious pregnancy symptoms with mirena?
I've had it for two years...and a week or so ago started the extreme nausea around the same time every day / after I smoke , heartburn, sore breasts and bloating.
I may be freaking myself into this but I'm worried considering all the risks ...

I did the whole time I had it.

My doctor told me if there was a sudden onset of symptoms to test because it's possible to get pregnant still and the sooner they know the better.

I forgot- two negative tests- but the nurse and pharmacist said mirena can cause negative results
