Personally? I had sex every other day. It worked with both kids. lol. I have never liked charting. It seemed like it took some of the fun out of it, and I knew that would stress me out.

Checking Cervical Mucus and position also helps   I have been usinf NFP to prevent pregnancy for a year now. Same as TTC, except you get to have sex at the 'fun' time!!!

The concern with 'most likely days' that are estimated from previous cycles is that ovulation can change from cycle to cycle, based on outside circumstances (such as stress).
For me, I find it really important to check CM, as it is an excellent indicator of ovulation  

I use pink pad pro app on my phone. It tracks your periods and when af should be due and tells you when you ovulate. With that app I got pregnant the first cycle after my miscarriage.

After I got my mirena out, it had taken me 8 months to get pregnant, and that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage..

There is also a free version of that app that works just as well, I just upgraded lol

Very true information. I think a combination of both would be the most accurate for her. If she has an "average" cycle then fertility friend will help but if she doesnt then checking the CM will put that idea to rest so she isnt wasting her time.

Exactly!!! I love Fertilityfriend   just wanted to throw that out there so she has an awesome chance! I love my new found body knowledge!!! Very empowering  

I got the pink pad app and started tracking and was pregnant 3rd cycle, it text updates you on your fertile days so you know to get it on

I remember you wanted to know how things worked out for me after I got mine removed. Well 14 days later, pregnant! lol Hope it happens that fast for you!
