Would it change your opinion??

I recently started seeing this guy. I'm totally crazy about him. It might be getting kind of serious. Last night we were hanging out and he told me he had to tell me something that might change my mind about him. He said he didn't know how to say it though. And then he pulled out a jacket. He's in a biker gang. I didn't pay enough attention to remember which one. I was just... so shocked. It was the last thing I expected from this guy. And I'm not sure how I feel about it.

How would you feel?

If you have kids.. this is kinda common sense.

Don't date a dude in a gang.

It depends on what the "gang" is into. My DH rides, and goes out with a group of people. But that's all they do. Ride, go to bars. Ride. no drugs, murder or anything.

I have children, and I wouldn't want to put them in any danger, including around people that are or can be potentially harmful and/or bad for them to be around. So I'd stay away from him. Also, if I didn't have any children I'd still stay away from him as that isn't something I'd want in my life.

Sorry that would be a NO-GO for me... I'm against criminal activity : /

I would be asking him lots of details.. like what exactly this gang entails and how he behaves.

Biker "gangs" around here are generally harmless.

My sister and her fiancé are in one. All they do is drink and hangout lol

Yep, it really depends.
When I was a bartender we used to have a biker "gang" come in all the time, they were completely harmless and just enjoyed biking/drinking and chilling.

It wouldn't necesarily. I would want to hang out with them without LO first and see how they all are . They may all be the nicest guys ever!!

I don't really know much about biker gangs, are they violent? If it's just to get together to ride and talk about their bikes, it wouldn't change things. But if they do things to ge themselves in trouble, I would have to think about it twice.

I was with someone who was into street racing, it sucked, he was always getting in trouble with the law.

The biker gangs around here do a lot of charity work. They are good people

I know that. Like I said... I don't remember the patches. And I'm beating myself up over it. Because I had every intention to google. Smurf. I just don't know how I feel about it in general.
