What would you make with this?

Cheese, potato, and smoked sausage casserole.

I'm thinking maybe this roasted broccoli recipe I found. I dunno. Suggestions?

I have a buttload of salad and green beans already in my meal plan. Thank you, though

Usually I steam it but I really love roasted broccoli with salt and pepper.

I would turn it into breakfast for dinner and do scrambled eggs
