No, just no. Besides making you constantly go to the bathroom, there's a greater chance of the baby passing meconium before labor, and that's no bueno. These things won't help start labor unless your body is already headed there AND baby is ready (and I'm in no way saying try to start labor early because well, you can't)
-walks (which also kills some time and will make labor easier)
-bouncing/ sitting on a yoga ball (helps you sit up straighter and allows you to breathe better plus helps get baby into position)
-sex.
I get that the end of pregnancy sucks, you're just all sorts of uncomfortable. But take this time to rest and get things ready for baby.
