Posterior?!

I'm worried she is in the posterior position, I often feel her feet or legs around the front middle and sides of my belly, but then sometimes her tush is pushing out in the middle above my belly button. Should I worry too much about this? I am being induced tonight/tomorrow because of IUGR and I didn't know if it's typical for them to turn into the right position during labor if they aren't in it already...

they do turn alot of times in labor and if not try to labor on all fours rocking back and forth or rotating sides to try and help the head turn. Some will even reach in and rotate the head if needed but most the time the head will turn.

yeah that is what I did with my VBAC right before I started pushing but I would recommend all 4's before the laying on your sides b/c transition was so bad on my sides like that. I asked for the epidural and had it put in at 9 cm b/c they were wanted me to stay in the bed. I should have just gotten up like my body was telling me to do..lol But she came out the correct way so the head did turn in the best position in the end. I wasn't so lucky with my first but knew what to look for the second time around.

Ah okay thanks so much! My first two came out correctly, but I've just noticed I can feel her feet and legs on the sides of my tummy and sometimes the front. Then again, like I said I can feel her butt on the front as well sometimes so I think she just likes to change position A LOT.
