heat strokes

Hello i am 4 months pregnant and have been having hot flashes but they feel more like heat strokes, when i have them i go crazy and dont know what do to and usually just drink some water. I was wondering if anybody else experience this and what did you do?

I used to carry around ice water and just put the bottle on my skin!
