is it your first? are you having timable contractions? if it's your first, drink waterm take a shower and ... wait until they are 3-5 minutes part for at least 2 hours.

I was having them 5 mins apart, but didnt thnk it was really time just thought random contractions. Took a nap woke up because it hurt so bad(I had back labor) woke Dh up took a shower & we went in. Turns out my water was ruptured so they started pitocin. Also i lost my mucous plug the week i went into labor!

cramps or contractions? you said cramping, pain, and discharge.

contractions should last about a minute... be timable, consistent.

Sounds like you need to lay down and drink a smurf ton of water. I'm guessing you are having uterine irritability related to dehydration

if you're having true contractions, your first post wouldn't be describing cramping. ((hugs)) it'll happen soon enough. but.. when you're having true labor contractions... you'll describe the contractions.. the intense tightening, painful contractions that are coming every x amount of minutes without giving you a break. only... you won't be describing them on BG.. you'll be telling the labor nurse because it'll be time to go to the hospital.

you could possibly be in early labor... but even if so, there' sno need to worry yet. Just keep drinking water, make sure you're clean, bags packed, and ready to go just in case.
