Is it yeast? What diapers and wipes do you use? Have you tried a chemical free diaper and wipe?

I would try different diapers. One of my sons had a diaper rash & it got infected from him also having diarrhea. The dr prescribed a ointment to help heal it

I'd try different wipes. I use huggie diapers and wipes. She broke out when I used the parents choice wipes. I use natural huggie wipes.
I also would try butt paste if you haven't its amazing diaper rash cream.
If it isn't better soon I'd take her to the doctors.

Almost All wips have Alcohol in them so ya they burn! They make some with out use alittle corn starch- but defiantly get different wipes! My coudin use to get it really bad also/ my aunt made her own NATURAL ones from papertowel

Have you tried stopping the wipes and using warm washcloths until the rash is gone? I agree with PP about switching diapers too.

if you havne't been to the dr over it.. try that. It may be a yeast infection not a regular diaper rash. (tends to have bright red dots instead of reddish pink rashy areas)
butt paste, change diapers and or wipes.
let baby air dry when possible.... plenty of time without a diaper on at all. Naps are a great time for this... means washing sheets.. but worth it if it helps the bottom

My daughter used to get really really bad diaper rash too. It would go so red that it would welt and bleed. She was constantly on prescription creams to clear it up, we were always changing diapers and wipes, but it would only ever clear up for a week or 2, then it would come back again. In the end (when she was about 11 months old) we switched to cloth diapers and wipes. She hasn't had a rash since. I feel bad that we didn't make the switch sooner.

My daughter use to get this all the time. Her doctor would prescribe her a certain diaper creme to use. It was over the counter.

Since it's that bad already, go to pedi first and get something prescribed to her. Change diapers and wipes.

If it blisters it is probably yeast and that is assosciated with diet.

My daughter had chronic diaper rash also. Other than medicated cream from the Dr, the only thing that works is cornstarch baby powder. i know technically they say dont use it because they can breathe it in. But my DR has assured me it is fine to use.
