My DS never had a rash, but my DD always seemed to have bad ones. Not sure why, but she had sores and it made me wanna cry just looking at it.
Not sure if you're breastfeeding or not, but if you are... I used to squirt breastmilk onto the rash and then just let her chill out (on a towel) until it dried up and did that a few times a day and it really helped clear it up for her. Creams didn't really do much for her.

Breastmilk is really supposed to help everything lol. But yeah I totally forgot that beside the medicated ointment the dr gave he also told me to use baby powder as it helps dry up the pee and it won't irritate the rash more.
