went to bed at 10pm because i have work at 7

woke up at 2:30 to pee and to get a drink of water and now i can not sleep. its 4:30 now. im getting frustrated. UGH!!!!!!

I woke up from a nightmare about an hour ago and I haven't been able to fall back asleep. It sucks because I know my kids are going to be up in a few hours and I will be exhausted.
