I don't know that it'd be medically necessary for them to have a certain birthday.
Now, if there was a medical reason and you had a three day span to choose from, that's different.
But, your post does make it sound like her accusation is correct, not that it really matters.

I don't care why.. picking an induction based on date and not medical need to infant safety.. is a smurffy reason.

Oh ok. I didn't know about the infection risk. I went in with contractions 2 min apart and they discovered my water had been leaking for a few days...so they broke it.....the nurses treated me like I was stupid for not knowing it was leaking :/
