Finally giving up

Well I've been with my husband for 5 yrs an married almost 2 yrs,
Well after noticing he's never going to change his ways
I think it's time to move on! He's a constant douchebag.
He criticizes everything I do! The way I take care of our kids he talks smurf about
I clean an he bitches about that too! An then he talks smurf to me an puts me town all the time! An in a very sensitive person I take things to heart!
I'm over it already!. I just want to go back home an get away from all this I don't want my kids to think its ok for them to talk the way he does to me !
We've gotten into fights an its just enough already! I love him but he's pushing me away! Any advice?

I think you're right. It's not fair to be treated that way.

that's the same way my SO is to me. he always says that i never clean the house.... well i would like to know who he thinks does it?! it doesn't smurfing clean itself. he is always so negative and constantly complaining and bitching. he loves to pick fights and talk smurf about me all the time. a lot of the time i ignore it, but i'm not a very sensitive person. it used to affect me a lot more.

I'm afraid of that too, but he's military to he's gone a lot!
I'm just tired of it! It's the same thing all the time. An I'm too the point were I'm like wtf? There's days were he wakes up bitching at me an in like wtf did I do now! He got mad at me cuz I'm leaving in two weeks! But I don't care! In doing what's best for me an my kids

If you love him try counseling first

He doesn't believe in consueling . I've tried to ask him but he always says no

Take your kids and run! They don't need brought up in that smurf and you don't need it either.

If he doesnt want do consualing then I'd pack my stuff up and my kids. And leave I wouldnt stay there just listen to him degrade me day in and day out. It isnt good for kids to hear him talk to you that way and think its ok to talk to others that because they saw daddy doing it growing up.

As long as its not abusive she shouldn't have to " run ". Back in the day women took alot of smurf from their husbands but they stayed with them, marriage Is a vow for life those kids need a family . I think they can work it through she just needs to get to the root of his smurf behavior . There's two sides to every story

He is verbally abusive which is just as bad if not worse.

She doesn't know about OP's real relationship, none of us do. Try walking in her shoes before making judgement. It's obvious that she's put up with this, and had tried numerous things. "Marriage is for life, and women put up with a lot" blah blah blah. It's apparent she can't do anything else for the marriage. I'd leave too at that point.

Im sorry but you may be able to put up with that abuse.. but NOBODY SHOULD BE PUT THROUGHT VERBAL ABUSE!
