Have always wanted 4 (don't like odd numbers)
I have 3 sons + 2 stepsons. We really really really want a girl, so we'll see how many it takes to get her, lol... our lil guy is only 4 months though so it will be a couple years.

I have one. I'd like to adopt another in a few years. My DD is 9 and growing more independent by the day, so I think the next few years would be a great time to have a baby or toddler around. And if for some reason that doesn't happen, it's okay with me. I don't feel that desperate need for another child, though it would be nice.
