Not Ready :/ (vent)

I have LO's things ready to go (not in the car yet tho) but haven't even began to pack my Hospital bag or DD's bag (she will be spending a few nights with grandparents til we come home). I feel so far behind but I have no motivation to pack anything. I will be 38 weeks tuesday and really don't want to be rushing to do it when I'm in labor or after my water breaks. I keep telling myself I'm going to do it tonight or tomorrow but never do. I've been cleaning everyday but never get around packing. I'm not really worried about having everything in the car but I atleast want it ready to grab and go...
When did you have everything ready to go?
How did you get the motivation to pack everything?

I had everything ready at 36ish weeks. But still kept re-packing our bags and adding stuff or changing it. Lol.

I went into labor at 35 weeks I had nothing packed. I thought it was too early lol.

I waited to pack LO's things because my baby shower wasn't til the 6th of this month and I knew I'd probably change everything after he got new clothes lol
