do i need to call my doctor?

my inner thighs muscles are sore and hurt when i walk also the bones around my pelvic area hurts..... do i need to call my doctor or is it cause im 34 weeks and might be dilating or something i don't know what to do this is my first baby

i felt that way with my last pregnancy and i had bacterial vaginosis.....that's just me though. Everybody's pregnancy and symptoms of everything are different.

It's probably just the baby laying in the birth canal getting ready for his/her appearance. my hips hurt too from the pressure of his head so it's normal but still let your doctor know at your next appoinment.

That completely normal to be in that kind of pain. It's the weight of the baby. I've had that pain since 20 weeks with this pregnancy

Completely normal! I felt like death at the end of my pregnancies. If you are worried bring it up at your next appointment.

I feel like this at the end of every day, it's from the pressure of the baby being on your pelvis and your pelvic area getting ready for the big day. I'd say just tell your doctor at your next appt.

totally normal! and i hate to say this, but it gets worse before it gets better.
