Has anyone bought a Meep! tablet for their child?

I was looking on Walmart's website for Christmas ideas for my kids and I came across a Meep tablet. I was wondering if anyone has bought one. Is it worth it? DS is almost 6.

It looks like it but im part of a co-op and they have different tablets for 15 bucks so im ordering 3 of them and giving my son my ipad.
