Yeah its 5 years no contact no support. She is only 12 weeks old. I asked him if I could trust him to keep my daughter away from her and he said no. This girl is also working for his family (they own assisted living facilities for mentally handicapped adults and run a few foster homes, they have her working with the children and the handicapped people) So I can't take my daughter around his family safely either.

You could possibly get a restraining order on her if you can prove she said and did all this.

I have one pending but they can't put it through because I don't know her address or make and model of her car. I can prove all of it she did it all through text message and she beat him up in a public parking lot with the employees of the store on the phone with the police the whole time. Also I have been told the restraining order even if we can get it through really doesn't protect the baby because she can't call the police. Someone has to see her with my daughter, know about the restraining order, and call the cops in order for it to work.

That's stupid, would it be possible for you to move? I know it wouldn't be ideal but if she's that crazy i wouldn't want to risk it.

Not always.... you can contest to the court that its in the childs best interest to have the last name changed. Thats what I did.

That's why i said or something like that, i know under certain circumstances the last name can be changed.

no moving isn't an option I have no income right now and am depending on my parents for support. I am in school full time right now and am planning on leaving the state when I graduate, but I have 17 months to go
