Wow . . . thoes are all very different breeds lol. I love pits I had one a while ago and she was the best dog I have ever owned. Sadly someone stole her from our back yard by the time we found her she had been beaten nearly to death and turned into a bait dog, I had to put her down because she couldn't even walk any more. I wanted to friking murder the person who did it to her.

Nope, the breed is Bullie. Its Pit bull breed with Mastiff. They are very mellow dogs, and very loving.

They can be due to a genetic mutation. There's a breeder in our area that tests all their animals before they're bred and the pups after they're born.
I cried in Resident Evil when I saw the 'zombie' Dobie's.

My in-laws have a Pomeranian, and he's a little spaz (in a good way). Heathen loves him, and he's a good dog, but I like big dogs. He makes me think of the vamp Poms in Blade. lol

I'd love to have a Pit, but I don't know how DH would feel about it, us being military.
We don't live on base, and don't ever plan to, but there's restrictions on breeds allowed on base. I wouldn't want to get a dog that if we'd have to get rid of if we ever had to live on base.

Bullies and Pit Bulls are two different breeds, so they may allow them.

They don't allow Pits. I don't know if they'd even allow a pit mix.
All USMC bases ban Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Wolf Hybrids

Hmmm i'm not sure :/ i know breeding them with Mastiffs take most of the aggression out of them.
