contractions???

ok so 15 mins ago i was sitting and had the most excruciating pain on my lower stomach and in my pelvis,as soon as it went away it came back a minute later.I had 4 of them all the same and went to the toilet and mucus plug was making its way out in bits (been loosing it for the past 2 days now) are these contractions? they have calmed down now but will keep a eye out for anymore....

Sounds like it could be to me. Start walking around and see if you can get them to come back? Good luck!

hang on to a counter or something and do as deep of squats as you can. it sounds terrible and its hard with a belly lol but its supposed to help baby's head move down and rub the cervix. I started losing my plug and having contractions, we went to the hospital but i was only 1 cm so they sent me home. But because we lived about an hour or so from teh hospital, my labor coach and husband decided we should stay in the city for a couple hours to be sure so we went to Costco and did some shopping and squats in the isles lol you should have seen peoples faces hhahaa

thankyou,im being induced monday and because im not booked till 3pm DH wont be able to stay with me through the night so i hope something happends soon
