Quoting ma ♥:" & You sleep in the living room? I don't see why she'd need to wake you up then, since you're basically right there with her.. Is she just bored or something?"I sleep on the couch because my husband snores like a bastard, and my youngest never slept anyways so I was up all night long going in and out of his room-SO still snores like a bastard, lol She has lots to do-I guess that is why I am pissed, she is perfectly capable of entertaining herself she just seems to be being selfish. And I would never sleep past one of my little kids, but at 8 I feel they could entertain themselves until a 'normal' time to wake up. Smurf I hear the rooster at the neighborhood farm crow an hour after we are awake, lol.
Quoting tatesmommy09:" Maybe you could start a new tradition... like get her an art pad and she has to draw you a picture until ... [snip!] ... lay quietly in bed until his sister wakes up or I take him downstairs. He stays completely quiet unless he needs to go potty!"I like your idea-maybe give her something constructive to do ahead of time instead of expecting her to find something on her own. What a good boy-can he come teach my kids, lol.
Quoting tatesmommy09:" <blockquote><b>Quoting mama3trish:</b>" I like your idea-maybe give her something constructive ... [snip!] ... he would teach my daughter first. She is such a morning person when she wakes up she is all smiles and says "GOOD MORNING!!""he irony is that my oldest was the most independant too-apparently she outgrew that, lol.
Quoting tatesmommy09:" <blockquote><b>Quoting mama3trish:</b>" he irony is that my oldest was the most independant too-apparently she outgrew that,lol."</blockquote> Oh dont say that lol!"bwahahaha-something to look forward to.
