red rasberry zinger tea
posted 13th Oct
I was reading a lot that red raspberry tea can help a lot with an easier labor so I tried to find some but all I could find was red raspberry zinger tea. Is it the same thing? The ingredients have red raspberry tea leaves in it, so I wonder if it works the same?

No that's not the same. you want red raspberry leaf tea. Try a health food store

They have red rasberry leaf tea (make sure it says leaf tea) at whole foods and vitamin stores. It is not the same though as the tea you bought unless it states that it is a mixture of the two teas.

It's red raspberry leaf tea...completely different. Try Whole Foods If you have one nearby or you can order it online. It may not help labor be easier per se but it helps tone and strengthen your uterine muscles.

I drank it with my last pregnancy (and try to with this one but forget alot :-( but I was un the hospital 3 hours or so with my first and she was born. It helps to strengthen the uterus to stretch, contract, and go back to normal after. I use organic raspberry leaf tea. Traditional medicinal is what the brand is I think. Its raspberry leaf not just raspberry tea cuz its not just the flavor of raspberry that helps. I get it from the health food section at Fred Meyer (Kroger if that's what you have) they're the same I believe.

if you're at a grocery store its in the organic section.
and just remember its not a labor inducer, it just tones your uterus to make labor easier.
