4wks 5days pregnant

im SOOOOOOOOOOOO TIRED!!
my nipples are a little sore/sensitive.
sexy time hurt like a bitch tho and i was spotting a little after. but since i woke up no sign of blood.
went back to the dr yesterday (to look at my head not baby) my gash from hitting my head on my desk when i fainted is really sore n i think its getting infected. but if it wasnt for the fall i would have no idea i was pregnant right now. i dont really feeeel pregnant yet. i wont see my obgyn until im 8 weeks 4 days cuz they r busy.

My nipples were always sooooo sore in the beginning & I also had spotting   but I'm 32 weeks now & baby is growing strong!

Btw, your DD is my moms birthday  

Throwing up was my worst symptom I'm my first trimester of my first pregnancy, but for this pregnancy it was being tired. Omg it was so miserable!!! I couldn't get trough my day at work without napping during my lunch break.
