Yes we had a routine (HAD)
He stays up and watches movie, I stay up with him (obviously) in hopes he falls asleep and never does.
When I put him to bed, i leave the room crack his door then when i get ready to lay down he comes running in my room and say "Nemo" or "oy ory"(toy story)

That's generally not a good habit to have, as t.v. actually...smurf idk the word right now... but I think it's over-stimulates the brain. I'd try something different. White noise helps my son.

luckily my son knows how to use the vcr so when he wakes up early he puts in An Americal tale haha
