Yes, because BC is foolproof. She obviously doesn't know how to be sexually responsible, so what makes you think she's going to be responsible with her BC? I can't imagine being a kid and having 3 kids of my own.

Good job!! Why would you care if her boyfriend moves in now? Seems a bit late for concern.

I find it funny how many people are calling OP a failure when this site is FILLED with teenagers with more than one kid. You can't control teenagers. It would be great if you implanted them with something that for sure stopped them from getting pregnant or being stupid, but nothing is full proof.

OP - if he's going to help, let her be the adult she turned herself into and live with him. She has 3 kids, you are not in control of her choices.

Agreed. With ALL of this. I don't see the OP as a failure, we don't personally know her/her daughter. Maybe her daughter was raped? Maybe birthcontrol failed? Maybe OP did all and said all she could to prevent her daughter from getting pregnant BUT it still happened bc she wasnt able to lock her daughter in her room 24/7.
A lot of moms think their daughter is at a friends house, shopping, etc and all that other stuff BUT some aren't....some are hanging out and hooking up with their bf. I met DH when I was 14 (I am 22 now) and he was my 1st for everything...I didn't tell anyone, everyone thought I was hanging out with my friend who lived a few blocks...but I wasn't, I was with him. And I had the talk at the age of 10-11, and it was talked about all the time....BUT my stupid ass STILL got pregnant at 15. Luckily for me everything has worked out, me and DH just celebrated 8 yrs and our 3rd baby.
