-sigh- fatty face

posted 13th Oct
A friend I haven't seen in a few weeks came over today and she said it looks like I've lost weight. I have a severe thyroid disorder and struggle with weight and quit weighing myself, just broke my heart when I did. I'm on a higher dose of meds now and go for a follow up on the end of the month to test my levels again.

She said my face looks thinner. I don't see it at all. I just see fat.

Is there a difference?

here's a month ago

Your face does look skinnier. Don't let the number on the scale get you down, try to find out where you can be comfortable in your body

Your cheek bones are a lot more pronounced, and there's more definition around your eyes. You've definitely lost weight in your face. You're looking good!

I normally lose weight in my face first. I work out, eat well but the last 8 months it hasn't helped AT ALL

thanks everyone

lmao dude I swear I tell Hans to keep that thing away from me when I work out. Weightloss can totally cause ovulation!! Dude even if you're pregnant it could be worse.. .you're in a good spot. Great marriage, great home, a great kid who will get a sibling to harass definitely could be worse.
